It is my sincere pleasure to meet you.
As a young girl, I was taught by my parents how to appreciate the treasures of the world: a perfectly prepared meal, a fine painting, a beautiful piece of music, a one-of-a-kind hand-painted textile from a far-away land. What I remember most from each of these extraordinary moments was the mindful and considerate presentation was even more important than the actual gesture, gift or experience.
My parents taught me the grace of service and thoughtful ceremony with all things. Mealtime was an opportunity to share something special. My mother would set the table so that it sparkled. We would gather around a formal table with everything crisp and symmetrical upon fresh white linens. It transformed eating an ordinary dinner into something worthy of our appreciation, and made quite a lasting impression on me.
Treat something as ordinary, and it will be forgotten. Treat something with love and celebration, and create a memory never to be forgotten.
With this in mind, I have dedicated my life to sharing what I have always known: creating exquisite experiences for your guests, clients, customers, consumers, patients, and even your staff and colleagues, is ultimately how you will be remembered. It is your company’s legacy.
